Course Outline

All 200 hour teacher training programs at Yogasana are structured as two 100 hour modules. Module A comprises of "foundation/preparation" course, while Module B consists of "Immersion" courses.

However, Module A is not a pre-requisite for Module B. In other words, you may complete either modules, based on dates/location that are convenient for you. But in order to be certified 200 hour with Yoga Alliance, you will need to have completed both Modules A and B.

Yogasana offers various 100 hour (Module A and B) courses throughout the year. However, if you would like to complete both modules (back-to-back) all at once and become certified, the fastest approach will be to register for our 200 hour training programs.

The following course modules represents the framework of Yogasana's teacher training program. Please note, these are sample course outlines and are subject to change for each individual teacher training program.
